October 15, 2010: Reminder – Submission of Master Solar REC Agreement and Bid Assurance Collateral Due By Noon EPT On Thursday, October 21, 2010
To participate in the October 2010 SREC Auction, a bidder must submit two signed originals of the Master SREC Agreement as well as Bid Assurance Collateral of $50 per Block of 50 SRECs by noon EPT on Thursday, October 21, 2010. The Master SREC Agreement is included as an attachment to this announcement. If you have winning bids in a previous SREC Auction, you will not be required to resubmit the Master SREC Agreement.
You must submit the Bid Assurance Collateral by wire transfer according to the instructions in Attachment 1 of your Notification of Qualification to Proceed, printed on green paper. The originals of the Master SREC Agreement must be submitted by hand delivery or overnight delivery service to the Auction Manager’s office, One Gateway Center, Suite 720, Newark, NJ 07102.
The amount of Bid Assurance Collateral determines the maximum number of Blocks that a bidder could bid in the October 2010 SREC Auction.
