September 25, 2026: POSTING: New, Optional Exhibit B to Master Solar REC Agreement Related to the ISDA 2018 U.S. Resolution Stay Protocol
On September 25, 2026, the Auction Manager posted to the Documents page of the website an updated version of the Master Solar REC Agreement that includes a new, entirely optional Exhibit B to incorporate the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (“ISDA”) 2018 U.S. Resolution Stay Protocol (“ISDA U.S. Stay Protocol”). Other than the addition of this new, optional Exhibit B, the Master Solar REC Agreement posted on September 25, 2026 is the same as the Master Solar REC Agreement posted on September 1, 2026.
Execution of Exhibit B of the Master Solar REC Agreement is entirely optional. A Bidder that is a “Regulated Entity” under the ISDA U.S. Stay Protocol may elect for the Bidder and the EDC(s) to execute Exhibit B to incorporate necessary terms of the ISDA U.S. Stay Protocol. A Bidder electing to execute Exhibit B should provide a partially executed Exhibit B when submitting its qualification materials to participate in the Auction. A Bidder electing to execute Exhibit B should complete the Exhibit B Signature Pages form available on the Documents page of the website and provide the completed form to the Auction Manager via email at SREC-Auction@nera.com by the Qualification Deadline of 12 PM (noon) EPT on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
